On Super Bowl Sunday, football fans gathered in Bonn for a memorable evening hosted by the AmerikaHaus NRW in partnership with the Academy for International Education. The event offered an excellent opportunity for fans—both German and American—to come together and experience this major American sports highlight.

Exchange students from the United States joined local fans to share perspectives on the sport and the excitement of watching the Super Bowl together. As part of the program, guests also took part in the Super Bowl quiz, testing their knowledge of football history, the rules of the game and major Super Bowl features. The key piece of the night was the livestream of Super Bowl LX between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks, with the Seahawks securing a clear 29‑13 victory over the Patriots. Strong defensive play was a key factor in their win, earning them their second Super Bowl title in franchise history.
